I will work with the current team to smoothly navigate through what are sometimes difficult waters. Rolling my sleeves up, I will steady the ship and ensure your strategic goals are met whilst focusing on the people first.
I have worked in several interim manager roles, in the health, water and agribusiness sectors. I have developed a reputation as a natural leader with a calm and confident manner; this has been critical in me quickly developing trust and credibility in interim roles.
